What information do I need to have available for our discovery call?

The more information, the better! We will discuss the scope of your project, timeline, and your business goals. If we are able to access any electronic files, it will give us a much better picture of what we can do for you. During this call we actively listen to your goals and dreams for your business’ payroll and financial future.

Can you add other services after I signed up for a specific package?

In business, just like life, things change constantly. We want to add to your peace of mind and take the worry out of running your business, so this should be one less thing to be concerned about. If you have a new employee or a change in business, please reach out to us and we can either upgrade your existing package or add the additional service(s) a la carte.

Can you process my tax return for me?

We are not yet set up to process tax returns. However, we have at our disposal a network of trusted tax preparers. We can recommend and suggest a highly qualified CPA who would process them for you. We will work diligently alongside your chosen or existing CPA to make sure your books are ready for your business and personal tax returns.
