1. Discover and Connect

This stage is all about you! We want to get to know you, and your business needs. We definitely have our signature style, but we’ll work with you to make sure you achieve your business goals.

After thoroughly reviewing your Questionnaire, we will schedule our initial Discovery Meeting. Then we will review the information together and our team will curate a personalized financial package for your business.

2. Contract & Payment Submission

Using what we have already learned from our conversations and through the completion of our Discovery Meeting, we will review your financial documents, bank statements, and any other necessary paperwork needed. We will then present to you your unique package and contract, showing we are aligned with the goals for your business.

We appreciate honest feedback! It’s super important to make sure our work reflects your desires, and we will make modifications accordingly to ensure we align our visions and goals with yours. After all, we are a team in this process!

3. Onboarding Meeting and Documentation

It’s the details that separate your business from the rest. In this phase, we continue to refine the details of your business needs. We develop the final goals and ideas just for you and your business!

4. Ongoing Financial Support and Filing of Paperwork

Whether we are working with you for your bookkeeping or payroll or both, we also file and pay for your business -related taxes as a result. This allows you to focus on what you love to do most, run your business.

5. Ongoing Annual Tax Paperwork Submissions

Part of our mission is to help you keep a cohesive set of financial and payroll documents. This means communicating with you, your CPA, and other experts during the year- end closing. We will prepare your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, communicate with you and your tax preparer, and make adjustments as needed to properly represent your business.
